Alcohol, Tobacco, Delta-9 & Other Age Restricted Products Pickup/Delivery Terms
Until our new app is completed and launched, all orders containing age restricted products must be ordered and paid for through our web form.
To purchase alcohol or tobacco, until our new system/app is finished and launched, you either need to:
- Pre-order online from the stores/restaurants website and order a "Delivery Only" order through us and add details needed to pickup the order (ie: order/confirmation number, name on the order, store name and location, etc). Or
- Send the funds via Credit/Debit or one of the following payment apps to cover the purchase and place your order via the form on the off-platform/web delivery page. Purchase orders will not be accepted without prepayment of funds. Any overages in amount will be reimbursed* after purchase via the same app you sent the funds with. - One: send payment to 386-983-6415 or username @william-conrad. From home screen, click the blue circle with the dollar sign -> click send cash -> in the search bar at the top of the screen, enter phone number or username -> enter amount and send Or
- Credit/Debit: Submit the funds using this link or below button and submit order via form on the off-platform page. As this is a credit/debit payment, any overages in amount not specified to be a tip will be credited towards next purchase. See terms for details. Credit/Debit payments are secured through Square. (There is an option for one-time payment or weekly. Unless you'd like to pay weekly to cover any alcohol/tobacco purchases each week, be sure one-time payment is selected) Or

We also accept payment in several crypto currencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Gold (BTG), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), Algorand (ALGO), Compound (COMP), Crypto.com Coin (CRO), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), USD Coin (USDC), Tether USD (USDT), Dash, Binance Coin (BNB), Stellar (XLM), Chainlink (LINK), Tezos (XTZ), and XRP. To pay in crypto, send an email to Red@RedConrad.com with the crypto you'd like to pay with and you'll receive the QR code and address where to send payment.
- To pay in crypto, you would pay the dollar ($) equivalent of your preferred crypto.
- If you use a crypto not stated above, email Red@RedConrad.com to see if it can be added as an option.
- If you use Coinbase Wallet, you can send payment to @RedConrad. Get your own crypto wallet at wallet.coinbase.com
Alcohol/Tobacco
*Reimbursements of overages are only eligible with payments through Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Varo, One, Chime, Current, Zelle. Crypto and Credit/Debit payments are final and non-reimbursable. See terms.
If your alcohol/tobacco order is done through the "Delivery Only" option above, and you also have a grocery order through our app, the delivery fee on the "Delivery Only" order will be adjusted so you only pay one delivery fee for the entire order. Fee adjustment will appear on the final receipt.
If you're only ordering Alcohol/Tobacco, and you use the option of the payment app, delivery fee will be added to the total. Please send enough through the payment app to cover the purchase plus a $30 delivery fee for all orders of alcohol/tobacco totaling under $100; for orders over $100, the delivery fee is 20% of the total / $30 minimum. Any amount above the delivery fee and order total will be reimbursed (if payment app was used; credit/debit is non-reimbursable) unless you specify it's a tip.
If funds available doesn't cover entire order plus delivery fee, order will be downsized to cover delivery fee or declined. Before downsizing or declining your order, we may or may not contact you for additional funds to cover entire order plus delivery fee. Should the order be declined, your funds minus delivery fee will be refunded if you used a refundable payment option (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Chime, Varo, Current); Credit/Debit card payments are non-refundable in total. Delivery fee is non-refundable; please be sure to send enough funds to cover entire order plus delivery.
Purchasing orders that include alcoholic beverages from a bar/restaurant, use the 'Restaurant Pickup' option. When possible, pre-order and pay the bar/restaurant and select 'prepaid' under the delivery options in 'Restaurant Pickup' or follow the steps below for purchases through a grocery/convenience store for quicker pickup and delivery. Orders that are 'prepaid' or 'delivery only' will be a flat $30 delivery fee. Orders placed where we order your restaurant order upon arrival to the restaurant will be 20% of the order total/minimum of $35.
Upon first delivery order, we also need a selfie (face picture) with no mask or hat on and a picture of your photo ID taken in well lit area with flash off. This is to verify you are 21yrs or older for the delivery of products, and will then be deleted. The pictures must arrive via text to 386-361-6415 or email Orders@RedConrad.com BEFORE pickup/delivery of any alcohol/tobacco/etc products. Age restricted products will not be picked up and delivered without age verification. If you are under 21yrs of age, your order for any age restricted products will be denied.
We apologize for any inconveniences the extra step may cause to get your alcohol/tobacco products. But we must abide by the terms of the payment processor of the platform, the platform terms, and the law.
To use Zelle option: Most bank apps and websites offer Zelle. If your bank doesn't include it in the bank app or website, you can download ZellePay in the app store.
