We offer bookkeeping services to business of all sizes. If you run a small business and are tired of running the backend, it keeping you from the actual business and your family, we can do it for you.

 

 

Services include:

  • Accounts Receivable: We can monitor accounts who owe, paid, and send invoices on your behalf.
  • Accounts Payable: We can monitor owed invoices, and issue payment on your behalf.
  • Payroll: We can monitor and issue payroll on your behalf.
  • Track Inventory (if applicable to your business): We can inform you what's getting low and place an order for low inventory on your behalf.
  • Monitoring and correcting the books
  • We will send you reports monthly, quarterly, and annually; as well as upon request. You will see exactly where your income and expenses are, what products/services are your most and least profitable, etc.

 

What do you need to do?

  • Have a QuickBooks account
  • Add us (Books@RedConrad.com) as a user so we have access to monitor your books
  • Be available (within reason) via phone or email if an issue arises that we need your clarification on
  • Be prepared to answer questions such as:
    • Did you previously work with a bookkeeper? If so, what do you feel didn't work out for you?
    • What are the primary services you need from us?
    • What are your biggest issues you feel you have with your books?
    • Answering these questions and other questions that come up in the conversation will help us understand each other and get off on the right foot. 

By hiring us to run your bookkeeping, you can free up your time to run your business and spend more time with your family knowing your books are being properly and professionally handled. Upon requesting services, you will receive a copy of the contract. Using the services and submitting first payment signifies agreement to the contract. We do prefer you contact us to discuss services before we begin and go over the fee. However, we will begin services prior to speaking upon receiving first payment IF you agree to the contract you will receive in email. Upon receiving first payment, we will attempt to contact you to speak about our services. If no contact is made, including any questions about the contract, we'll assume you agree to the contract and request full set of services we offer; at which point we will begin once you grant us access to your books. If your fee varies from our base fee below, or you will require a clean up of the books (one time fee in addition to service fee), you will receive a payment link and/or invoice with the fee(s).

 

 

We have a base price of $750/month (annual plan gives you a free month) paid monthly. First month is due upfront no later than the day service begins. Our services are prepaid (you're paying for the month (or year) you're receiving service for that month (or year). Depending on the size of your business, the fee may be higher.
