At Red's Delivery & Concierge Services we believe in doing what we can to help make our customers lives easier while also saving them money. This is why our primary services are as high as 33% cheaper then the competition when you compare grand totals side by side. Now, we're adding the option to purchase select items directly through us.
Merchandise sold directly through us via this website and our app will be sold under the 'Reds Goods' brand; a brand being created, and owned, by Red's Delivery & Concierge Services for the purpose of selling merchandise directly to customers. 'Reds Goods' will be the online store fully owned and operated by Red's Delivery Services. Reds Goods will also have appearances at select vendor events.
Many items we sell will be at lower cost to you then if similar items were purchased in-store. Many of the items we'll be offering at low cost is because we're getting them low cost from our supplier and passing along the savings onto you. Many of these products, while good quality, will be off brand (not name brand) products.
As we get going with the addition of items available directly through us the selection will be small and limited. As items sell, and customers let us know what they want in each category of product, the selection size will grow. Items that will be available for purchase will be in the following categories:
- Apparel
- Men's
- Women's
- Kids
- Cell Phone/Smartphone Accessories
- Electronics
- Office/School Supplies
- Tools
- Appliances
- We'll also have a local jewelry business/vendor (Vintage Bling) listed in the app for jewelry.
- All jewelry will be sold and shipped directly by Vintage Bling. Their order minimum for delivery/shipping may be lower or higher then ours. We don't control their prices.
Items that will be shown available for purchase will fall into two different options: in-stock and available for order. In-stock items will be available for same day to next day delivery (though most often it will be next day delivery) depending on time of day of purchase locally in Putnam County and available for shipping to the rest of Florida and nation wide to arrive to you within 2 weeks of purchase. Available for order items are items we don’t hold in-stock and will be ordered from the supplier when you place your order with us and will take up to 4 weeks to arrive to you from your purchase date.
If you don't see an item available under a category we have, you can always ask if we can get it and we'll check with our supplier. Just send us an email at Support@RedConrad.com. Getting started, the shown items will be a limited selection, but that doesn't mean the selection shown is all we have or all we can get. The shown selection will expand as we have time to add the items and as items are requested by customers.
Cost of shipping or local delivery will be same cost as our current cost of delivery service. Free delivery and free shipping will have a minimum purchase amount. For free delivery and free shipping locally, the minimum purchase amount is $50; for free shipping to the rest of Florida and nation wide the minimum purchase amount is $100.
Our products will be available for purchase through this site, our merchandise site, and our coming app. However, "limited time only" and seasonal products may only be labeled as such on the merchandise site and in the app. In-stock and "available for order" items will be differentiated by the delivery/shipping time. Items that display up to next day for local delivery or up to 2 weeks for shipping are in-stock items; while items that display up to 4 weeks for local delivery or shipping are "available for order" items.
We may also offer bulk discounts to teachers, schools, and businesses who purchase bulk amounts of school and office supplies. Schools and teachers can email us at Support@RedConrad.com, and businesses can email us at Biz@RedConrad.com, for bulk amounts and bulk discounts.
We're hoping to have our first selection of products available for purchase by mid-November so they'll be ready to arrive at your door in time to give as Christmas gifts. 1. How can you afford to sell these products cheaper than the local stores?
Some of our products we can get relatively cheap due to bulk buying and our supplier being a wholesaler. These savings are then passed onto you.
2. Are your products quality?
Yes. All of our products are good quality, though some products are made by off-brand (not name brand) manufacturers.
3. What's your return/refund policy on your products?
Our products go by the same policies and terms as our other services. There is a strict no refund and no return policy. All sales are final. Products will arrive to you in the same condition as it arrived to us from our supplier. If there's an issue with an item, you can email Support@RedConrad.com with a description of the issue and attach a picture of the item showing the issue and we may be able to order you a replacement item. Order of replacement items will be at our sole discretion and severity of the issue.
