This policy covers all RedConrad.com businesses and brands hosted on this website. This policy pertains to any and all content, newsletters, groups, etc hosted by us anywhere on the internet (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, MeWe, LinkedIn, Instagram). At RedConrad.com we consider the privacy of our visitors to be extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information that is collected and recorded by RedConrad.com and how we use it. Log Files Like many other Web sites, RedConrad.com makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services's analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is only collected for purposes of completing your order, and/or onboarding to our team, and following up about your order. 
  • This information may also be submitted to our third-party partners directly by you when creating a customer account or team member account via the provided links. Information you provide the third-parties, excluding payment information, may be viewable by our team. However, all such information is only stored and handled by the respective third-party and falls under the third-party Privacy Policy.  No such information will be re-recorded or moved from the third-party.
  • This information, submitted directly to us, will be deleted upon your cancellation as a customer and/or team member. Any information submitted to our third-party partners, the respective third-party Privacy Policy conditions apply. We have no control or say over the third-parties. 
All payment information is either handled directly through our third-party partners (Square, Stripe or dumpling, who also uses Stripe) or a payment app (PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, etc). Orders through Red's Delivery Services app are handled via Stripe through our host platform. We do not collect any payment information, such as Credit/Debit card numbers. Should you email us, your name and email address may be added to our list whom we send sales, promotions, updates, and other offers to. You may opt-out of such emails by responding with a blank email to any such email with the term 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the subject line, or pressing the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the newsletter. Should you leave a positive review, whether by app, email, phone, the website, or social media, it may appear on the website in the Testimonials section under your First Name & Last Initial. We do not sell, or otherwise distribute, any of your information to any third-parties. Your information is strictly used for purposes of customer orders or adding you to our team.
